You were simply fabulous in this video. So much of your inner beauty shines through. I didn't understand a word but the mood is enchanting and you made it all so refreshingly lovely

Buena traducción Dasomen pero parece que le faltó esta sección
de 1:53–2:09 donde la cantante menciona la razón principal por la cual la otra persona no será para ella.

"Porque tú tienes
//Un cuerpo// elegante y precioso, ¡sí!
Pero te falta un espíritu de amor
De amor y de lealtad
de amor y santidad."

lol, so cool theresident, I took some time and tried to make a translation:

Spanish:
Tu, no eres como yo,
cómo yo te buscaba,
cómo te necesitaba,
por eso es que tu, no.
No vas a ser para mi.
Por eso es que tu, no,
No vas a ser para mi.

Porque yo busco un cuerpo,
un cuerpo, pero que lleve en si,
en si... un espiritu de amor,
de amor y de verdad,
de amor y de lealtad,
de amor y santidad,
Por eso es que tu, no,
No vas a ser para mi.

english:
You are not as I
as I was looking,
as I was needing,
That's why you're not,
You're not going to be for me.

Because I'm looking for a being,
A being that has within,
within, a spirit of love,
Of love and truth,
Of love and loyalty,
Of love and sanctity,
That's why you're not, no
Not going to be for me.

The soung title could be translated as 'Soulless body'

Good song "Body Without Soul" Dear Resident: We know you were lip-syching but, is the original singer either a young girl or an older woman high on helium? because the voice is so high-pitched. So it's either/or...but not both.
Congratulations because it was so cute the way you performed such lip-synching.

You mean...all of those professional music videos I've been watching by the Stars all these years have been lip-synched all along?! Now I'm kinda disappointed. It's kinda like finding out that Santa Claus doesn't exist. ;D

I really shouldn't eat food when watching these things. My computer screen is ruined. Ruined, I tell you!

SO did not expect that!

Just watched this week's show and was really moved by this one. The song was great but didn't understand what the song was about. But there is just one question that I would like to ask the resident. My spanish is very rusty but I give it a try. Here's my question - Kay Tienes En Tu Cartera? Keep those weekly shows coming.

You are right, the music captures the life and spirit of the Latin culture and at every roadside stop throughout Latin America you can hear it or music of a similar vein playing in the background or not-so background. You can't help but move something to it, and it definitely gets into your soul!

At the start of this summer, I took a break from my web talk show and went to Cozumel, Mexico, where I stayed at the house of a friend for 10 perfectly awesome days. While I was there, I made sure to check out as much of the local culture and favorite places as possible, including their beaches. One day, I was relaxing at a quiet, secluded beach restaurant (bar), eating some ceviche mixto, enjoying a leetle drink, and I noticed that some good music was wafting from their speakers. Some REALLY good music. It was my first introduction to Cumbia, the dance music from Colombia. A variant of the African Guinean cumbe music, Cumbia is highly rhythmic and full of emotion. I loved it. In fact, I bought the CD from the bartender right then and there with the pesos I had. The CD has been the backdrop of my entire summer, so I thought I would do a video on my leetle web talk show for my favorite song on it. It's a song called Cuerpo Sin Alma, and it rules. Enjoy.
